Given the advancements in web3 and blockchain technology we’re now in a position to accelerate transformation across the arts and address the unique needs of artists, galleries, institutions, and collectors to create a trusted space for information, partnerships, and transactions that empowers our users to fully embrace innovation. Smart contracts offering artist and gallery royalties, custom payment terms, sales agreements, verified provenance, and digital certificates of authenticity are only the beginning.

**The Department**:
Behind every great product is a highly dedicated team of product managers, designers, customer success managers and technical copywriters. Our product team works in close collaboration with our engineering, marketing and sales teams to ensure we create user-friendly, high value, customer focused products in keeping with our revolutionary vision of empowering an innovative and transparent world for the global art industry.

Working with us you’ll have the opportunity to delve deep into your area of expertise, as well as getting familiar with the other kinds of work that we do. We are looking for highly dedicated professionals who share our passion for a fairer ecosystem.

**What You Will Do**:
As a Graphic Designer, you will design and maintain our marketing communications across various channels: social media, print material, merchandise and online. You will also support our UX designer and copywriter when graphic elements are needed. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and design team.
- Work closely with the marketing team on communication concepts
- Align, develop and expand our brand book
- Maintain a consistent style across multiple touch points
- Create graphics and designs for various touch points and business needs
- Support UX designer and copywriter in creating visuals
- Participate in design team meetings

**What We Look For**:

- Strong and diversified portfolio showing work from the past 5+ years
- Excellent design skills in print design, typography selection, illustration
- Strong in designing for social media and online campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suit (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and basic experience in Figma
- Basic skills in video editing and motion graphics (After Effects or similar)
- Basic skills in web design
- A self-organised person that can work independently
- Experience in planning printing material production and setting deadlines
- A pro-active communicator
- Ability to work with remote teams in flexible hours
- Bonus: Interests in the art market and blockchain

**Our Hiring Process**:

- The first step will be a screening call with our Talent Acquisition Manager
- After this we will arrange a 60 min interview and portfolio presentation with our Senior Designer
- If everyone is happy to proceed we will arrange a cross functional interview with a Product Manager and our Marketing Manager
- The final round will be a short meeting with our CPO
