**In short**:
We’re looking for a creatively minded, yet process driven apparel graphic designer that wants to build and contribute to a distinctive creative product vision. In this role you will get to work with On’s graphic and product design team to bring On’s unique design direction to life to our consumers around the world. Have artistic as well as strategic impact on design processes to make sure we tell a holistic and cohesive story across product categories, communities and seasons. You will be exposed to the many different functions involved in the product creation process; allowing you to hone your skills, and take onboard creative and technical learnings from exceptionally skilled team members around you.

**Your Mission**:

- Take on ownership of Apparel Graphic Design projects and processes contributing to final product creation
- Work closely with the wider Apparel Graphic Design team to take concepts and deliver them across all touch points, particularly the Apparel Design team
- Help improve processes in the Apparel Graphics department
- Strategically contribute to our graphics portfolio and understanding intricacies between collections, styles and product categories
- Co-create and help to build On’s Product Design identity, being very aware of trends in graphics design world but at the same time understanding commercial needs

**Your story**:

- Academic degree in graphic design
- Minimum 4 years experience in a product graphic design role working on fashion and/or sportswear products
- Excellent typography, graphic, AOP skills and immaculate attention to detail
- Experience working with creative softwares (Programs like After Effects etc would be a plus)
- Strong communication skills; able to communicate solutions clearly to peers and to present ideas to colleagues outside of the creative design studio
- Proactive attitude, an drive to share ideas and have a mentoring, nurturing mindset
- An open mind for new challenges and learnings. You are hungry to learn and like to bring new ideas to the table
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
