About the role

As our Senior People Partner your role will play a crucial role in operationalising and embedding key strategies and processes within our organisation, supporting the next phase of our organisational development.

You will be a focal point in our Swiss-based P&C Operations team, supporting process enhancements, and providing guidance and support across all our employee lifecycle related activities.

You will make good use of organisational data and insights and close relationships with colleagues from our parent organisation inform decision making.

This role will be broad and will give you great exposure to a large number of interesting responsibilities including:

- Providing guidance to managers and employees on all P&C policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Support the execution of people strategies by providing organizational data and insights.
- Act as the point of coordination with the Global P&C Operations Team.
- Efficiently handle and resolve people-related escalations, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Successful implementation and adherence to People & Culture policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Play a key role in knowledge retention by onboarding, training, and regularly updating work instructions.
- Work with Payroll to prepare, check, and process monthly payroll and payroll-related activities.
