**CONTEXT**

Richemont is hiring an HR Business Partner to join the HR team dedicated to the Group Technology and Digital Distribution departments.

If you are passionate about people, technology, and data, this could be your chance to play a key role in supporting the business on major human resources topics and contribute to the on-going digital transformation of the organization. You will act as a single point of contact for our Managers and our Employees and will learn a lot every day. **HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

As an HR Business Partner, you will:

- Ensure business and staff proximity by establishing** trustful relationships**:

- Provide advice and coaching to Managers and Employees on HR related matters
- Along with Managers and our HR Controller, you will ensure correct **budget allocations**, latest estimates, and accruals of staff costs and benefits plans
- Lead and coordinate the **Annual Performance and Talent reviews**:

- Manage the **Compensation Review** process in accordance with the allocated budget and the company reward philosophy
- Support **People Development** across the organization together with our Managers and our L&D manager, and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards
- Proactively identify **analytical opportunities** to solve key business issues
- Ensure operational excellence and **continuous Improvement**
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to promote HR best practices
- Manage specific projects and participate in functional and cross-functional **initiatives**

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE ?**
- You have **5+ years of professional experience** and at least a first experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment and partnering with a Technology or Data related population.
- You hold a recognized University degree (at least Bachelor level).
- You have general and up to date knowledge of **Swiss Labor Laws**, a strong experience in **end-to-end recruitment**, and a general understanding of **HR lifecycle/HR Best Practices**.
- Fluency in **English and French** is a must. Any other language is welcome as you will join a multicultural environment.
- Consulting experience is an asset, as is any technology/data related experience, education or passion.
- You will be using Excel, Outlook, SAP, Teams, OneDrive and other digital collaboration tools every day.
- You are a self-starter, quick learner, fast thinker, fantastic team player and an autonomous person.
- You are curious, creative and have a continuous improvement mindset.
