**The team, position & mission**:
As a “Data Viz” consultant, you will be part of the Data analytics

& visualization team. As an analyst it is your goal to design and implement

Dashboards to help business visualize their data and make better strategic

Decisions.

You will connect the business with IT and implement predictive and

Descriptive analysis solutions together with our clients that are active in

Different sectors such as: Finance, International Organisation, Public sector

And Retail.

**Your key areas of responsibility as Data Anlytics & Visualisation Consultant**
- Interviewing and understanding your target audience to discover their needs and current challenges.
- Sourcing and shaping the required data into a clearer and more structured format that is ready for analysis.
- Detecting and calculating relevant derived data insights.
- Dashboard design: moving away from big lists of text and numbers to an intuitive and immersive visual design that tells a story with the data to engage the end users. Here we allow users to get insights from their data at a quick glance by using visual cues rather than sifting through a lot of information.
- Connecting business and IT to work together on enabling the setup and governance of reporting solutions.ask
- Training & supporting end users in their self-service reporting journey
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical environment, or you have experience with BI tools.
- You have experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, )
- You have a good knowledge of relational databases, MS SQL, Snowflake, MS Fabric, etc.
- You have an excellent command of English and French.
- You have outstanding communication skills and you can deliver a message both to technical and less technical persons
- You have experience in gathering user requirements of Business Users
- You are passionate about Data and BI
