Stagiaire data analyst RH (ref : 1744)

Votre mission :

  • Contribuer à la mise en place d'une nouvelle politique de rémunération ;
  • Créer, piloter et analyser des tableaux de bord RH (effectifs, absentéisme, turnover, gestion du temps, recrutement, etc.) ;
  • Réaliser des études spécifiques (écarts de rémunération, évolution de la masse salariale, égalité salariale, évaluation des collaborateurs, etc.) ;
  • Contribuer dans le suivi des ETP et de la masse salariale,
  • Participer au maintien et au développement du SIRH

Nous recherchons un profil répondant aux critères suivants :

  • Étudiant(e) en Master ou Bachelor en Ressources Humaines, Sciences sociales;
  • Bonnes compétences en analyse de données et maîtrise d'Excel (Power Query ou équivalent apprécié) ;
  • Intérêt marqué pour les thématiques liées à la rémunération, aux indicateurs RH et aux systèmes d'information ;
  • Rigueur, esprit d'analyse et capacité de synthèse ;
  • Bon relationnel, autonomie et esprit d'équipe ;
  • Aisance rédactionnelle et capacité à présenter des résultats de manière claire et structurée.
