Ai Lead

**The team, position & mission**:
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AI Lead to spearhead the development and deployment of AI capabilities within our Swiss operations. This role will drive innovation through advanced LLMs, GenAI, and MLOps practices, delivering measurable impact across different domains (CX, IT, Analytics, Operations) in various industries such as banking, manufacturing, and utilities,

**Your key areas of responsibility as AI Lead**:

- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the local AI strategy and roadmap.
- Align AI initiatives with group-level portfolios and innovation streams.
- Establish and evolve AI service offerings tailored to the Swiss market needs ensuring ethical use, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Business Development
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to embed AI in client solutions.
- Represent the agency in webinars, events, and thought leadership forums.
- Team Management
- Build and mentor cross-functional AI teams.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
- Technical Excellence
- Oversee the development and delivery of AI prototypes and POCs as the following:

- Architect and deploy LLM-powered solutions using frameworks like:
LangChain, Haystack, LLMChain, OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Mistral...Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering pipelines

- Experience in different industries with use cases such as:

- Banking: Fraud detection, customer service agents, stock trading assistants using GenAI
- Manufacturing: Predictive maintenance, quality control via computer vision, supply chain optimization.
- Utilities: Smart grid forecasting, anomaly detection in energy consumption, AI-driven asset management.
- Proven experience in AI strategy, solution development, and team leadership.
- Deep knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and MLOps.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with tools like Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Mistral..
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English and French
