Für unseren Kunden aus der Pharma Branche in Zürich, suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n Administrative Assistant für Marketing Materialen und Koordination von Events
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Marketingmaterial: Administrativer Support (u.a. Erfassung von Material in Promomats/Literaturliste, Koordination von Druckaufträgen, Koordination einfacher Material-Anpassungen in Content Factory für die Schweiz)
- Vertrags-Management: Administrativer Support (u.a. Erfassungen von Verträgen im CLMS, ablegen von GGL oder Dokumenten im Vertragsmangement Sharepoint, Koordination Versand Verträge zur Unterschrift), Koordination einfacher Event-Sponsoring Verträge und ggf. Unterstützung bei sonst. kleinen Verträgen
- Administrativer Support bei der Vorbereitung & optional Teilnahme vor Ort 1-2 Tage (Betreuung des Standes mit dem Team)
- Administrativer Support Koordination mit Standbauer
**Ihr Profil**:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige administrative Erfahrung, in einem Internationen Umfeld
- Deutsch/ Englisch: zwingend sehr gute Kenntnisse erforderlich
- Französisch: gute Kenntnisse erwünscht
