**The opportunity**

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities***
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for APIs & Integrations that aligns with Worldline's overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, industry trends, and growth opportunity
- Establish a Partnership team to streamline collaborations with strategic Partners and accelerate time-to-market for new integrations.
- Work closely with design, product, engineering, sales, account management, and other key stakeholders to foster seamless collaboration and drive product development excellence.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape the strategic direction, including product roadmaps and technological advancements.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable and secure APIs and integrations.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in engineering, architecture design, and product development.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance our product offerings.

**Who Are We Looking For**

- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and/or product management. Including 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Significant exposure to APIs, integrations, and scalable architectures within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of engaging with customers to build relationships and understand their needs.
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder management.
- Experience in collaborating with senior leadership to shape strategic direction, including product and technology roadmaps.
- A natural curiosity to question the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional products
