We are opening a position of **Business Process Owner Coordinator** to join our client's team. Our client embarks on a transformation journey to overhaul current processes, use technology to maximize operational efficiency, and lead the Institution towards a digitally enabled model, digitalization shall become a key enabler of these upcoming efforts.

The Business Process Owner Coordinator supports the Head of Digitalization to institutionalize the BPO role and develop a network of BPO’s across the different support functions of our client.

The Business Process Owner Coordinator will be in charge of delivering simplification, standardization and digitization on end-to-end processes

**Responsabilities**:

- Formalises the transversal BPO role with the responsibilities and practices to be applied for the Institution
- Supports the Business process owners for each of their respective end-to-end processes
- Creates and animates the community of all BPOs to create synergies, share best practices and secure alignment of common practices
- Coordinates processes definition, implementation, and performance monitoring
- Collaborates with stakeholders to analyse and document business requirements
- Leads workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BPO.
- Knowledge of BPOs methodology and frameworks is a strong asset as well as ServiceNow
- Experience in ERP development and deployment from the business standpoint
Experience with ServiceNow
- Excellent knowledge of standard end-to-end processes such as Procure to Pay, hire to retire, record to report
- Fluent English proficiency is mandatory, French a big advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions / UX design concepts.
- Experience leading workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive consensus and decision-making from a UX perspective.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
