Your mission at Climeworks is to support the Commercial team in achieving their sales goals by optimizing and rolling out digital processes, devising data strategies, and serving as the go-to person for operational tasks and queries.
- ** Business Analysis**: You analyse and assess current processes, collaborate with the sales team to identify pain points, and define improvements or new requirements to be implemented in our process-landscape and tech-stack.
- ** Reporting & Dashboards**: You Help develop our data strategy. Monitor, design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to help the team track their progress, support to identify roadblocks, and proactively flag issues.
- ** Sales Team Support**:You act as the first point of contact for sales team queries, resolving issues directly or coordinating with other teams to ensure timely solutions.
- ** User Training & Onboarding**: You welcome new sales team members by onboarding them to tools and processes, ensuring they are equipped to excel in their roles.
- ** Documentation & Communication**:You prepare clear release notes and documentation for new processes or features, keeping the team informed and assisting technical teams with detailed documentation
- You are currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- You have strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. First experience with Salesforce is considered a plus.
- You are comfortable working across teams and functions, with a collaborative approach.
- You have exceptional communication skills in English to convey technical and non-technical topics effectively.
- You have a passion for sustainability and interest in the climate tech sector.
- You are available for a 6-month internship ideally starting in April 2025.
