kaisin. hat in den letzten 7 Jahren mit ihren gesunden, Japanese-infused Bowls den Schweizer Fast-Food-Markt entscheidend mitgeprägt. Mit aktuell 11 Stores und 2 weiteren in Planung wachsen wir kontinuierlich und treiben die Entwicklung von Healthy Fast-Food in der Schweiz weiter voran. Als Intern Operations unterstützt du unser operatives Team dabei, neue Abläufe und Standards zu entwickeln und erfolgreich in unseren Stores auszurollen. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Store-Teams zusammen, holst Feedback ein, begleitest Schulungen und hilfst aktiv mit, unsere Prozesse Schritt für Schritt weiter zu verbessern. Aufgaben Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung, Optimierung und Implementierung operativer Prozesse Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen & Guidelines Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Schulungen Austausch mit Store-Teams, um Feedback einzuholen und Verbesserungen abzuleiten Unterstützung bei Prozessanalysen (z. B. Effizienz, Qualität, Arbeitsabläufe) Unterstützung bei operativen Projekten (z.
