**About the Role**

As an
**ETP Product Development Intern (60-100%, 4-6 months)**, you will be contributing to the creation of new crypto-based investment products and supporting all stages of the product life cycle, from ideation to post-launch. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to explore a career in one of the most dynamic and innovative areas of investment management.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Collaborate with product and operations managers and a broad variety of teams throughout the firm to assist in the development of new products and features.
- Create visually appealing and effective presentations for internal and external use, supporting various product-related initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential product improvements and new opportunities.
- Assist in creating product documentation and training materials for internal teams and clients.
- Utilize project management skills to organize and track the progress of product development tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and decisions are documented.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to existing products and processes.

**What You Will Need to Be Great In This Role**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Science, or recently graduated
- Prior experience with internships or personal projects related to consulting or finance is a plus
- Passionate about investment products, financial markets and cryptocurrencies and a strong desire to learn and grow in this field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and deliver detail-oriented, high quality output under agreed-on deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and their Google equivalents, experience or proficiency in Python would be considered a valuable asset
- Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in German is a plus

**The role is based in Zurich and you will be expected to work from our Zurich office in a hybrid model Monday - Wednesday. Outstanding interns who demonstrate exceptional performance may be considered for full-time employment, depending on the company's needs and the intern's availability.
