We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious **Marketing & Communications Manager **with a passion for innovationto join our team. The starting date is tbd at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

**Responsibilities**
- **Branding**: As the guardian of the brand, you will ensure adherence to brand guidelines and drive the development of branding elements. You will be responsible for marketing materials and additional branding items, including giveaways and presentations. Additionally, you will ensure consistent implementation of branding guidelines across all communications and promotional materials.
- **Concept Development and Implementation**: You will develop new ideas, refine our touchpoints, and enforce the digital presence of Crypto Finance.
- **Budget Management**: You will ensure that the budget is allocated correctly, tracking expenses, reporting, and coding for the department, as well as preparing invoices for payment.
- **Website & Intranet**: You will also develop and maintain the Crypto Finance website and intranet, ensuring that the website meets the latest standards in the crypto industry
- It should regularly feature new content, and become more dynamic overall.
- **Content Marketing and Distribution**: Another responsibility will be content creation for various channels such as social media, the website, client communications, presentations, blog articles, factsheets, whitepapers, and reports, as well as reviewing and distributing weekly publications for external audiences.
- **Event Management**: Responsible for the planning, execution, and tracking of events, including concept development, organization, coordination of all logístical aspects, and evaluation of the event.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar Marketing & Communications role within a financial institution or technology company
- A degree in Marketing & Communications, e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education (Fachperson mit eidg. Fachausweis); additional qualifications are a plus
- Strong understanding of common Marketing & Communications best practices and trends as well as how to approach clients
- Professional and accurate work ethic; loyal, honest, and reliable
- Well organised and motivated person willing to work with an eye for detail in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- High level of communication skills and the ability to make complex issues accessible to a variety of audiences, including senior leaders, managers, and employees
- Excellent written and verbal language skills in German and English is a must
