**YOUR ROLE**:

- Manage the entire fundraising process in cooperation with placement agents
- Support potential investors in their due diligence process
- Prepare PPM, case studies, DDQs and other commercial documents
- Conduct fund analyses for investors, prepare the virtual data room
- Oversee all legal fundraising documents (e.g. LP agreement, side letters)
- Inform existing and potential investors about Invision’s investments and portfolio companies’ developments
- Communicate regularly with key LPs, respond to investor enquiries
- Ensure timely reporting of all investment vehicles by collaborating with the investment managers

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- At least 5 years of professional experience in the areas of fund investments, investment banking, consulting or in a law firm
- Work experience in an institutional sales department in the asset management or private markets industry is an advantage but not mandatory
- In-depth understanding of the private equity industry
- Communicative, perfect written and spoken English; fluent in German
- Advanced Power Point and Excel skills
