Investor Relations Partner

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead communications about Dialectic and its product offerings to existing & prospective LPs.
- Maintain and improving our client onboarding process.
- Stakeholder management over the whole lifecycle of LP onboarding, including both LPs as well as third party providers (e.g. fund administrator, KYC provider, etc.).
- Manage information distribution to existing LPs including regular distribution of reports, informational materials as well as answering ad-hoc questions.
- Take care of our investor-related events schedule.
- Create data-driven analytics related to our LP base as well as fundraising efforts.
- Coordinate Dialectic's communication with the Fund Manager and Fund Administrator.
**Key Requirements**:
- 3 to 6+ years of associated experience in a relevant investment, advisor or investor relations role.
- Proven ability to fundraise for complex, alternative investment products.
- Ability to understand and explain in crypto-native concepts.
- Ability to lead a project and evaluate processes for optimization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to streamline processes.
- Quantitative skills to calculate returns on investment, MOIC, DPI and other fund metrics.
- Fluency in English.
**Advantageous Characteristics**:
- Crypto-native ability to understand and explain our product offerings to existing and potential clients.
- Use emerging AI/LLM tools to improve their research and development as an executive.
- Established network of high-potential investors for Dialectic's funds (e.g. HNWI, family offices, institutions, etc.).
