Tasks

**As a Conversational Design Expert, you will**:

- Evaluate client requirements.
- Create process flows from client briefing.
- Analyse and structure conversational data.
- Manage and translate content.
- Create AI knowledge bases for our bots without coding.
- Provide error and solution analyses ensuring that high accuracy is met.
- Communicate progress and challenges to key stakeholders within the company and with external partners.
- Work collaboratively with other data teams to identify and refine key data science problems and challenges.
- Do other random stuff that gets thrown at you in real start-up manners.

**Requirements**:

- Native language skills in German (ideally Swiss German) and high proficiency in English. Proficiency in French and/or Italian would be appreciated.
- Strong analytical abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail in terms of language and ensuring good data quality.
- Personable with internal and external stakeholders alike.
- Curiosity and ability to learn about and work with new topics.
- Ability to work independently and to efficiently manage your tasks and time.
