- We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager Strategy & Measurement to:
- Support the definition, management, and implementation of UBS’s sponsorship strategy globally and in
Switzerland- Lead and develop various strategic projects
- Ideate and develop holistic communication plans across all sponsorship platforms
- Develop and implement a controlling framework to measure the ROI of sponsorship
- Consolidate and edit periodic and ad-hoc reports and analyses
- Sharpen the sponsorship sustainability framework and support the implementation of sustainability driven
initiatives across all sponsorship platforms- Develop various management presentations

- You’ll be working in the Brand Activation, Sponsorship and Events team in Zurich. We provide you with a
- diverse and global team working on a large variety of culture and sport partnerships. You will be working
- across a wide and international network of internal and external stakeholders. You will play an active role in
- the definition and implementation of UBS’s sponsorship strategy. Your expertise will help us measure and
- prove the ROI of sponsorship.
**Your expertise**
- A university degree or equivalent diploma in marketing, communication and/or business administration
- At least five years of practical experience preferably in a sponsorship or in a marketing, communication
environment
- Work experience in the fields of strategic marketing, controlling and sustainability
- Very strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills with a proven track record
- A strong understanding and proven experience of what it takes to run complex projects
- Comfortable to work in international teams, across different time zones and a large variety of topics
- Team player with strong social and communication skills at all organizational levels
- Ability to cover multiple topics in parallel and to cope with pressure
- Excellent organizational skills as well as a precise and efficient work approach
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
