For our client, an international orientated company in Basel, we are looking for a reliable and motivated (M/F/d) **Project Manager 100%**: **AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**: Drive forward the pRED Pharmaceutical Sciences 5 year scientific outcomes together with the Product Owners of the different workstreams Coordinate the efforts from different workstreams with work product teams underneath: - Develop and manage a project schedule and work plan together with the work product teams - Support Product Owners in communication & preparing presentations with key internal and external (e.g. regulatory authorities) stakeholders - Monitor and document project progress and provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders (e.g. 5 year outcome workstream leads, senior management) - Facilitate meetings & workshops (virtual and face to face) for the teams - Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution - Build and maintain internal online presence of the project - Team coaching, support the Product Owners in shaping the team's ways of working - Process improvement (process mapping/visualization tools) - Co-organize and analyze results of regular PS surveys for the workstreams - Measure and evaluate the impact of the workstream activities - Lead interactions with the Roche external contract management team **ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**: Must Haves: - University degree in Science or Business, ideally someone that has project management expertise with a science background - Knowledge/experience in Life Science and a understanding of drug development - Minimum 2 years experience in leading global/complex projects, organizing and optimizing resources and establishing clear priorities, preferably in a pharmaceutical industry - Able to thrive in an environment in constant change, maintaining objectivity and respect for differences of opinion - Expertise in agile working methodologies, scrum master certification (i.e. Scrum.org, level I) - Strong conceptual and analytical thinking with the ability to translate strategy into action - Excellent communication skills in English, with demonstrated proficiency in influencing, negotiating, and effective global collaboration. Ability to effectively communicate across various levels of a complex, matrix organization - Self-driven, adaptable and resilient, with a growth mindset - Create fit for purpose solutions and get things done with a “can-do” attitude Nice to Have: - Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus - Understanding of outsourcing processes/strategies/roles and responsibilities is a plus - German is a plus
