**Deine Rolle**:
In dieser spannenden Funktion sind Sie sind direkt dem Chief Financial Officer unterstellt und haben die personelle und fachliche Führungsverantwortung über eine Person.

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Konzernabschlusserstellung: Erstellen des konsolidierten Abschlusses der Gruppe nach IFRS
- Betreuen der Tochtergesellschaften in Reporting und Accounting Themen
- Verantworten des Group Accounting Manuals nach IFRS
- Sicherstellen des IKS im Bereich Group Reporting and Consolidation
- Koordinierung des IKS Finanzbuchhaltungsprozesses
- Sicherstellen von Prozessdokumentationen
- Erstellen von finanziellen Informationen und die abteilungsübergreifende Unterstützung bei finanziellen Themen
- Mitarbeit bei strategischen Projekten (z.B. Unterstützung bei Akquisitionen und M&A Transaktionen, SAP FI/CO Projekte, Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Reporting/Accounting/Consolidation Workshops etc.)
- Pflegen und Weiterentwickeln der Rapportierungs
- und Konsolidierungssoftware Cognos

**Deine Skills**:

- Ausbildung zum eidg. dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer / eidg. dipl. Experte in Rechnungslegung und Controlling (Alternativ prüfen wir ebenfalls Kandidaten mit Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Finance/ Controlling gepaart mit
einer fundierten Berufserfahrung im Bereich Group Controlling/ Group Accounting/ Konzern-Rechnungswesen)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer similären Funktion
- Führungserfahrung wird begrüsst. Die Funktion richtet sich allerdings auch an qualifizierte Leader-Persönlichkeiten, welche den nächsten Schritt in Ihrer beruflichen Laufbahn gehen wollen.
- Versierte Kenntnisse in der Konsolidierung nach IFRS
- Erfahrung bei den Big4 ist von Vorteil
- Fliessende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
