In Deiner Funktion als
**Product Manager** wirst Du Teil der neu geschaffenen Abteilung Vending Machines und gestaltest die Zukunft dieser Sparte aktiv mit. Du unterstützt das Team bei der Weiterentwicklung des Produktes sowie bei der Gestaltung von Prozessen und wirkst somit bei der Planung und Ausrichtung der Abteilung mit.

**Aufgaben, die Dir gefallen werden**:

- Aufbau, Optimierung und Skalierung der neuen Abteilung Vending Machines
- Proaktive Umsetzung von kundenrelevanten Optimierungen (von der Konzeption bis hin zur Umsetzung)
- Aufbau und Umsetzung von internen Weisungen und Prozessen
- Produktspezifische Weiterentwicklungen und Optimierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Entwicklern von Valora Digital sowie externen Partnern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Owner /Head of Autonomous Concepts
- Verhandlung und Orchestrierung verschiedener interner und externer Stakeholder

**Voraussetzungen, die Du mitbringst**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Uni/FH) im Bereich Business oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Hands-On Mentalität sowie grosse Motivation das neue Geschäftsfeld aktiv mitzugestalten
- Fliessende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- IT-Affinität sowie sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Eigeninitiative, Selbständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit aus
- Zudem überzeugst Du durch Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Dein analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
- Belastbare, durchsetzungsfähige sowie organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick behält
