In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie das Chronic Care Marketing Team in der Schweiz und Österreich mit Fokus Schweiz im Rahmen aller Projekte und Launches.

**Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:
Umfassende administrative Unterstützung des Chronic Care Marketing Teams
Werbematerial-Lagerbestand sowie Kongressmaterialbestand überwachen und Nachproduktionen initiieren
Koordination von Übersetzungen von globalen Dokumenten in lokale Sprachen (Marketing
- und Sales-Tools)
Kampagnenanlage in Salesforce
Eigenständige Projekte nach Absprache
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und externen GeschäftspartnerInnen
Unterstützung bei online und offline Marketing Aktivitäten
Unterstützung bei der Organisation / Abwicklung von Veranstaltungen (online und offline)
Präsenz bei ausgewählten Veranstaltungen in der Schweiz und Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf (ausgewählte Endverbraucher-Veranstaltungen, Kongresse, Seminare, Schulungen)
Unterstützung bei der Webseitenbetreuung und beim Erstellen von Newslettern

**Ihr fachliches und persönliches Anforderungsprofil**:
Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Assistenzerfahrung
Sie zeichnen sich durch eine Hands-on Mentalität, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie proaktive Kommunikationsfähigkeiten länderübergreifend mit Österreich und Dänemark aus
Sie haben eine optimistische Grundeinstellung, Zeitdruck bringt Sie nicht aus der Ruhe und Sie arbeiten zielorientiert und eigenständig
Die sichere Anwendung von MS Office ist Ihnen vertraut
Neben fliessenden Deutschkenntnissen verfügen Sie über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
