**Responsibilities not limited to**:

- Identify issues of constructability during preconstruction
- Ensure on-time schedule delivery and exceed client satisfaction throughout the project
- Manage day-to-day operations in the field to ensure construction progress and quality delivery.
- Work closely with Project Manager(s) to maintain and update project schedules as needed
- Serve as an exceptional relationship manager for all sub-contractors, ensuing a fair, safe and clean working environment
- Oversee snagging list to drive completion in a timely manner

**About you**:

- 5 - 10 years' experience as a Site Manager
- Experience overseeing and training diverse teams of sub-contractors
- Significant experience with commercial interior fit outs
- Computer proficiency
- Committed to delivering exceptional client satisfaction
- Proven motivator and team builder
- Highly detail-oriented
- Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Self-motivated and accountable
