You will join a team of 12 persons in the Geneva Operations Department, working with different Back-Office services, internal and external counterparties. The team is currently divided in 3 parties:

- Securities-Funds Reconciliation
- Cash Reconciliation
- Investigation on cash wires

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Cash reconciliation
- Reconciliations of our cash correspondents for all our entities
- Manual entries of the statements on our correspondents not automatically reconciled
- Check differences and investigate on a daily basis
- Establish a list of cash breaks
- Process and follow-up current files

Investigation on customer wires
- Good Knowledge of the Cash Transfer activities (MT103 - MT202 - etc )
- Good skills in the role of each counterparty involved in a wire payment
- Be able to write swift messages (e.g. MT199 - MT299 - MT195 - MT196 - etc )
- Responsible and able to handle investigations from the beginning to the end
- General knowledge of the Back-Office activities
- Familiarity with compliance issues
- Good command of English with the ability to communicate both orally and in writing is essential

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience confirmed in the reconciliation department and-or investigation on customer wires
- General knowledge of the Back-Office activities
- French mother tongue - English good level
- Knowledge of GTMatch - GTExchange - Globus (is an asset) - MS-Outlook - Excel - World - etc
- Precise - meticulous - proactive
- Flexibility - adaptability capacity - be comfortable working in a group and in open space
- Stress resistant
