**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- To thrive and lead effectively in this critical role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:

- Proven experience in managing global HRIS teams (minimum 10 years)
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and technology user adoption
- Strong background in vendor relationship management
- Proficiency in data management, privacy, and security
- Excellent team and budget management skills with experience managing large budgets
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience with Workday
