In this role you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of communications initiatives and events for ABB Process Industries in Switzerland. Working closely with the local Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will help to deliver engaging content and events to our colleagues and customers. With your creative ideas and positive attitude, you will have the chance to develop your communications skills and influence how business initiatives are communicated within our local Process Industries unit.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Support with the organization and delivery of events such as customer seminars, townhalls, webinars and information sessions.
- Help maintain the local internal communications channel (VivaEngage), supporting colleagues with drafting content and actively engaging with users online.
- Organize photography and videography shoots to support local campaigns and business initiatives.
- Actively share your ideas and creative suggestions to help continuously improve and amplify our communications initiatives.
**Your background**:
- Recently completed or currently studying a degree in Media, Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), any additional languages are a plus.
- Strong writing skills.
- You have experience or can demonstrate a strong interest in communications or events.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic knowledge of any newsletter platforms or the Adobe Suite would be an advantage.
