Global Fragrance Regulatory Manager

My client is a growing international cosmetic company.
Due to this growth, my client is looking for a Global Fragrance Regulatory Manager to join their corporate team close to Geneva.
You will be part of the Fragrance Regulatory department, which primary responsibility is to evaluate and approve formulas regulatory compliance for actual and new developed product, raw materials or fragrance compounds.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Evaluating and coding new fragrance compounds
- Updating Technical Documentation / Regulatory Documents regarding regulation, ingredients or other needs.
- Supporting the Fragrance Regulatory requests globally (internally or for their clients).
- Ensure product submissions globally and compliance.
- Maintaining databases of regulation activities;
- Lead some project internally or with their customers
- Manage database regarding regulatory aspects
- Tracking legal compliance and perform impact assessments.
**Your profile**:
- Master in chemistry; regulatory or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in a personal care product industry
- Strong knowledge within regulatory and fragrance
- Previous experience in fragrance and cosmetics
- Previous Experience in an International Company.
- Good IT knowledge;
- Fluent in French and English.
- Reliable and good communicator;
- Show sound judgment and has the ability to understand a complex organization. Come with suggestion and ideas;
- Complete its work thoroughly, accurately within time limits and organize, prioritize and anticipate its workload.
