**Your Contribution**:
- As PMO for our R&D department and member of our support team you develop and establish project management practices and standards in cooperation with our project managers.
- You support project managers in topics like project management methodology, tracking of deliverables, and strategic assessment of project opportunities
- You create and maintain an overview of our project portfolio, which allows easy monitoring and reporting.
- You participate in or even manage continuous improvement, digitalization and development of project management processes, methods, and tools
- You are the interface between our R&D department and IT and the first point of contact for new software tools and digital solutions. One of your responsibilities is the evaluation, introduction, and administration of software tools, and to provide the required training and manuals to our organization
- You maintain and further develop existing solutions like our project management and reporting packages as power user, or shared contents for our knowledge and document management
- In addition, you execute internal workshops and trainings like lessons learned, kick-offs or training of project management tools
**Your Profile**:
- You have experience in the field of PMO and/or project management in a multi-project environment
- You can contribute with a background in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling and finance and/or business information technology
- An affinity to IT allows you to easily think in terms of digital tools and solutions
- You combine an analytical mindset with a structured, result-oriented approach, and service-orientation is in your DNA
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy the exchange with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) completes your profile
