Deine Aufgaben:
  • Sicherstellung der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des R&D Quality Management Systems (QMS) gemäss Industriestandards
  • Überwachung des R&D CAPA-Prozesses und Durchführung interner Audits nach ISO 15378 und ISO 13485
  • Vorantreiben kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsinitiativen innerhalb von R&D und Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen Compliance in der Entwicklungsdokumentation
  • Schulung und Unterstützung von Kolleginnen und Kollegen, um eine effiziente Einhaltung der QMS-Standards zu ermöglichen
Deine Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Life Sciences oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Verpackungs-, Medizinprodukt- oder Pharmabranche, idealerweise im Entwicklungsumfeld mit Bezug zu QMS-Standards
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich QMS, Dokumentenmanagement und Good Documentation Practice (GDocP)
  • Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt
  • Erfahrung in der Teilnahme oder Leitung von Audits; ISO 13485 / ISO 15378 Auditor-Zertifizierung von Vorteil
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch und Freude am Austausch mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
