**Your role**
- Are you a solution-oriented thinker? Do you have high risk awareness and would like to help us enhance our client experience? We are looking for someone to strengthen our Client & Business Enablement team for the client segment Banks:
- act as enabler relating to the client onboarding and regular Know-Your-Customer (KYC) reviews for Banks and regulated Brokers
- generate new ideas to enhance efficiency of recurring reporting and identify process optimization
- support business sector owned projects, lead the deliverables and drive the milestones
- assist with the monitoring of cash positions of Banks and regulated Brokers
- coordinate and collaborate with Client Relationship Directors and other internal partners and stakeholders (e.g. Client Onboarding, Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, Product Specialists)

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Client & Business Enablement Banks team within Corporate & Institutional Clients International. Our team is comprised of Business Managers, Business Analysts and Client Managers. We work as experts to enable a smooth KYC process from A to Z. Further responsibilities range from improvement and maintenance of the Banks product shelf, driving the strategic agenda and leading projects in accordance with the priorities defined by the business sector/area. **Your expertise**
- completed a banking education (commercial apprenticeship or trainee program) or equivalent
- ideally previous experience in due diligence or compliance
- extensive experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have an affinity for digital technology
- excellent communication skills and are comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- experience in working in a cross-functional and multi-cultural team
- solution orientated and a problem solver who is looking to improve the client experience
- reliable, highly committed and a strong team person
- fluent in German and English
