**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- You manage a team of product manager responsible for Android Apps
- You train your team to focus on the clients and their needs and use this input to get a clear picture of how to create / improve products that provide value
- You have the overall responsible for P&L at product/service level: annual short
- and medium-term cost budgeting, ongoing monitoring of key product/service margin metrics, initiating possible actions to achieve the set financial targets
- You have the overall responsible for the entire lifecycle management of the current and new Android apps at the point of sale, including ensuring compliance with local legislation as well as the regulations of the international card organisations
- You make sure that the individual service/product marketing strategies are in line with the overall business strategy; conduct market and competition monitoring, positioning of price/performance in the markets
- You drive innovation with a focus on customer loyalty services for our clients, but also other value-added services
- You strengthen the in-house competence centre for digital products with main focus on Android; initiate and conduct internal service / product trainings
**Skills we can’t do without**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent field
- First professional experience in product management of digital products in the B2C & B2B area
- In-depth knowledge in the field of Android apps would be an advantage
- English at very good level
Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness
**Skills we’d like**:

- In-depth knowledge in the field of Android apps
- Technical background in data and/or API
- Used to work remote with team members
