Your mission

**PLEASE NOTE**: This position can be occupied in Berlin, Zurich, Munich or completely remote in Germany or Switzerland

**Part-time scope**: 80-100%

As Head of Product (f/m/d) you will be in charge of transforming our ambitious vision into impactful products:

- Lead your team of product managers, UX / UI designers and researchers to ensure the products’ constant growth and scalability, tailoring to our customer's needs while aligning with company goals and priorities
- Refine and shape our product vision together with the CEO
- Oversee and improve the entire product development process together with the CTO. You support the restructuring of the current Product and Technology team to cross-functional tribes.
- Own and track business performance KPIs across the product lifecycle and prepare business cases for new product initiatives together with the product managers
- Prioritise product roadmaps in collaboration with your team
- Foster collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Data & Insights and improve cross-team processes

**Profile**:

- Experience in product management in the tech, payment, SaaS or fundraising sector
- Hands-on experience in all stages of the product life cycle
- Equipped with an innovative mindset and passion for industry trends
- No problem rolling your sleeves up to keep up with the fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience with the ability to make balanced decisions

**Nice to have**:

- Big plus: experience in the fundraising / charity sector
- Preferably experience with OKRs and the Spotify model
