Are you confident in handling international clientele and possess the communicative skills so that they trust us with their financial affairs? - We're looking for a client account manager to: - Handle telephone and e-Mail enquiries on a daily basis and deliver exceptional service to clients - be a point-of-entry concerning a wide range of queries relating to topics such as general banking services, accounts, stock orders, payments, various digital topics etc. - free-up time for Client advisors by executing client requests front-to-back - embrace change and flexibility, collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge **Your team** - You'll be working in the Global Wealth Management Front Support Office team in Zurich. We provide support to Client advisors covering CEEGI & APAC markets, cultural awareness or appropriate language skills are an asset in our team. >Diversity helps us grow, together.
