- On behalf or our client, a bank based in Geneva, we are currently looking for an**Account Manager - FIM
- Your responsibilities:
- Ensure full support to Relationship Managers in their management of customer portfolios
- Follow up on all transactions and resolve client inquiries
- Manage clients accounts and transactions and monitor accounts balances
- Account opening and closing
- Support in all KYC related matters
- Uphold all regulatory and compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks
- Opportunity to deal directly with some clients
- Handle various administrative tasks (organize meetings, prepare client visits,...)
- Your profile:
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Fluent in French and English
- Good knowledge of financial products
- Good general knowledge (economics, legal, geopolitics, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer oriented mindset
- Aptitude to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Dynamism, proactivity, sens of responsibility, organizational skills
