Pour notre client, une banque à Genève, nous sommes à la recherche d'un-e Junior Business Manager (CDD 4 mois).

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerciale, vous assistez le pôle Business Management dans l’ensemble de ses missions au quotidien.
- Création et maintien de la base de données pour l’ensemble des missions de la Direction Commerciale en tant que Master Data Owner.
- Création et mise à jour de reportings.
- Maintien et suivi des contrôles internes de la Direction Commerciale.
- Contrôle de la qualité des données au sein des différents systèmes commerciaux et de gestion des risques.
- Gestion des tâches quotidiennes / périodiques de la Direction Commerciale (frais, dérogations, clôture de comptes).
- Participation à des projets stratégiques en lien avec l’activité commerciale de la Banque.
- Collaboration avec banquiers et fonctions support sur le suivi des dossiers et requêtes internes.

**Votre profil**:

- Bachelor ou Master d’une Ecole de Commerce/formation universitaire avec spécialisation gestion d’entreprise, banque
- Première expérience dans un cadre international apprécié
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et gestion du temps
- Faire preuve d’autonomie, de rigueur et de précision
- Bonnes capacités d’adaptation
- Parfaite maîtrise de Microsoft Office, en particulier Expertise Excel / VBA
- Français et Anglais - niveau bilingue (écrit et oral)
