**About the role**:
For our client, a Private Bank based in Geneva's Financial Place, we are looking for a Junior Risk Business Manager in other to strengthen their new Business Risk Management Team. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for Relationship Managers for all kinds of due diligence and AML related queries for client prospecting, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
**Job duties**:
As the first line of defense, you will
- Be responsible for identification of money laundering related, reputational, and other business risks
- Propose controls and measures for their mitigation
- Prepare client risk assessment reports for account openings and
- Conduct reviews for existing clients
- Enable and facilitate clear and constructive communication between Relationship Managers and Compliance
**We are looking for**:
- A first experience in a similar position or as a Compliance Officer, First line of defense in another Swiss Bank
- Master's Degree in business law (droit économique), law or economics
- Due Diligence, Sanction or Compliance certificate is an asset
- Knowledge of International markets, regulatory environment and investigations
- Personnality: reliable, responsible, risk aware, team-oriented and conscientious. You have an analytical mindset, good communication skills and you are able to work under pressure
- Languages: You are fluent in French and English, as well as a good level in Arabic
