**Make An Impact**
- As Manager of Performance Marketing eCommerce Direct Response, you are the owner of the overall direct response strategy and execution for all of Fossil Group’s European activities in alignment with the marketing and commercial teams both in region and globally, as well as managing and coordinating channel managers and all third party agencies and vendors needed to support the channels. The role involves leading a team of direct response channel specialists covering search, shopping, affiliates, remarketing and SEO.
- Own budget, strategy, execution and optimisation of direct response tactics for Fossil Group’s EMEA websites including Fossil and Skagen, working with / managing internal stakeholders and external parties/agencies to achieve sustainable success
- Continuously optimise spend efficiency and effectiveness including identifying and testing opportunities that improve ROI/profit
- Monthly reporting and analysis to share best practice with piers, other regions and brand teams
- Work closely with local and global counterparts to share / implement best practice
**Who you are**
- 7+ years in ecommerce retail experience, either on agency or client side with a focus on paid direct response channels (Paid Search (SEM/SEA/PPC) / Shopping, Retargeting experience mandatory)
- Demonstrable commercial/business/sales and industry acumen including structured analysis ability, including consolidating and analysing data from multiple sources
- Demonstrable ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tactical levels
- Strong communication skills plus time management skills and sensitivity to deadlines
- Excellent understanding of how consumers search in each country, with a knowledge of the slang and terminology used in the region to find products that customers are looking for
- Proven ability to effectively manage teams and 3rd party external agencies and partner
- Self-starter mentality and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in international, cross-functional and multicultural environments of consumer/lifestyle products
- Demonstrable experience in SEO
- Demonstrable ability to work across cultures and geographies to support local digital needs
- Multi-Language fluency preferred (additional French, Italian, or Dutch)
