**Global eCom Data & Performance Leader (M/F/d)**

**Role purpose**:
The eCommerce Data & Performance Lead is a global functional expert and process owner, responsible for definition, development and evolvement of eCommerce data & performance strategy and its implementation into key markets.

**Key tasks & responsibilities**:

- Own & drive eCom Data Strategy
- Leverage eCom tech stack, build & drive data adaptation across markets and regions
- Defining core eCom KPIs by which the business can be steered
- Leading eCom performance and analytics hub on a global scale
- Own eCom performance and retail media strategies and drive E2E adaptation with markets and functions closely aligned with digital marketing
- Connect data silos and drive integration with other functions E2E, e.g., media, precision marketing
- Developing multi-year roadmaps and integration of multiple complex internal and external data sources at the cross-roads of eCom and digital marketing
- Work hand in hand with consumer data team to enable
- Lead eCommerce Google JBP
- Own digital shelf globally
- Drive implementation, adaptation, and constant improvements in DS across markets
- Cascading of global strategies into regions and markets
- Own & develop all respective capability programs

**Who are you**:

- Degree in business, data science or equivalent. (MBA preferred)
- 4-6 years’ experience in eCommerce, preferably in large, complex, multi-national organizations with focus on data & eCommerce performance strategy
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to deliver results in complex and potentially ambiguous environments
- Management of digital shelf and eCom data
- Development of Performance Marketing Strategies
- Strong understanding of consumer journeys and activation and hands on experience
- Deep understanding of eCom performance marketing measures
- Experience in dashboarding and curation of data
- Strong Analytics and Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing acumen
- Strong leadership / personality
- Player coach mentality
- Excellent networking, influence, and conflict management skills
