**Job Description Summary**:
Looking for a 6 month internship placement in the HR department?
Interested in recruitment and talent search for GE Power and to
develop innovative sourcing strategies in an international team?

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Support ‘wing to wing’ recruiting activity for GE Power in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Create attractive & compliant external job postings
- Support job launch meeting with Hiring Manager/Human Resource Manager, set process & communication expectations
- Utilize sourcing channel, job boards and social media
Collect required documentation for screening
- Help support GE’s diversity initiatives & strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company
- Learn about & understand your business/function/region

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- You are a student enrolled in a college or university
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in both English and German
- Computer skills

**Desired Characteristics**:
