**Your responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for Motion functions to collect /qualify Data & Analytics demands both at Business Area or Division Level
- Responsible of the overall data architecture for Motion Data and Analytics solution designed and delivered ensuring compliance to data architecture standard. Ensure that solutions are designed with strong focus on end-to-end data integrity, reusability, and quality
- Ensure that Data Completeness, Compliancy, Consistency and Correctness can be measures and meets the targets of defined KPI’s and together with Business Owners ensure data coverage in business processes is on high level. Ensure that different analytics needs are align with data standards and principles
- Understand business insights and strategy to be able to ensure the optimal data flow across different business processes and use cases.
- Understand how different data sources are connected and identify potential issues in the end-to-end process.
- Ability to validate/evaluate technology solution options and provide direction /approvals / inputs to other Motion Data & Analytics delivery teams. Lead business requirements discussions for Functional Data and Analytics solution, providing strong technical understanding and ability to demonstrate how the solution can be designed/implemented to meet business needs
- Define the technical IS solution and ensures alignment with other Data and Analytics solution including the Common Unified Data Model through cooperation and collaboration across IS solution architects and IS delivery units. Conduct complex and interactive solution workshops with required stakeholders
- Engage in requirements and Data engineering to ensure proper reusability/leverage of existing solution before building new solutions. Support validation and prioritization of incoming business demand relating to the Data & Analytics solution, in collaboration with the relevant IS PM and IS Service Managers.
- Proactively support issue resolution during project delivery to avoid delays or any other form of negative impact to a project or service. Collaborate with users in projects and problem management to maintain, develop and deploy the best feasible and most cost efficient IS solutions/services for the business. Ensure manuals for users are created to describe the operating procedures
- Consult, give advice and support the installation of new Data & Analytics solutions/services, or the changing of existing Data & Analytics solutions/services Contribute to IS Problem and IS Incident Management to fight ticket volume by detecting re-occurring defects and eliminating these
- Keep knowledge up to date regarding new and emerging IS technology and IS industry practices, bringing learning into ABB; all within in the scope of the data and analytics. Participate in a broader solution development framework community of practices.
- Collaborate with other IS teams and function/business teams to improve, define, maintain and optimize building common data processes. Adhere to Corporate IS Policies and Procedures, as well as to both internal regulations and external legislation falls within the area of responsibility of this job.
- Ensure together with Business Process Owners, IS and Business Management to ensure that the data domain area is organized, staffed and skilled. Guide and motivate users working with data topics in Motion to achieve the high data quality.
- Commit and contribute to common result-oriented collaboration with the various business IS Data & Analytics Lead architect as well as the various enterprise technology IS architecture domains. For assigned tasks, execute all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specification. In concert with IS Lead Architects ensure that IS solution/service-related standards are considered accordingly.
- Provide leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.

**Your background**:

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
- More than 8 years of relevant experience desired, with 5+ years of experience in leadership and PM are required.
