**This position reports to**:
Global Head of Smart Lab, Motion Services division

**Your role and responsibilities**:
This role is open globally, but location is preferably set in ABB MOSE offices in Europe (Finland, Switzerland or Germany). - Take a comprehensive view on business models and underlying customer needs to develop new approaches that are enabled by technological innovation. - Develop good understanding of respective local markets, competitive environments and ABB position. - Develop business cases and plans for service innovation projects. - Think out of the box to realize visions in a pragmatic way. - Get things done while participating or leading in ABB Motion Services (MOSE) Smart Lab projects. - Support the definition and implementation of new business models with local organizations, in line with global business strategies. - Live ABB’s core values of health, safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, growing ventures sustainably and being aware of startup methods.
- Open-minded attitude that helps to define our way of working, structures and processes in order to achieve agility and speed.
- Good communication in English, both written and spoken is a must.
