**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- ** Provide Expert Legal Advice**: Offer comprehensive legal guidance to all functions and deliver engaging training sessions to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations during our marketing activities.
- ** Draft and Review Contracts**: Craft and scrutinize contracts and supporting documents, ensuring they meet the highest standards of protection for the company.
- ** Monitor Legislation**: Keep a keen eye on the legislative environment, ensuring our company remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- ** Support the Legal Department**: Assist with various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our legal team.
**What are we looking for?**
- **Recognized master’s degree**: Hold a master’s degree in law and/or be qualified as a lawyer.
- ** Experience**: Have 2+ years of experience in a private legal practice and/or in a corporate environment.
- ** Communication Skills**: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a good knowledge of French and/or German being a plus.
- ** Influencing and Problem-Solving**: Strong influencing and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with peers and senior management, inspiring trust and confidence.
- ** Clarity in Communication**: Capacity to explain highly complicated and technical legal issues in a clear and concise way.
