Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Store Manager Assistant (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unseren Store in Genf zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

**Aufgaben**:

- Stellvertretende Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
- Kompetente Beratung und leidenschaftlicher Verkauf
- Stellvertretende Umsatz-, Lager-, Inventur
- und Ergebnisverantwortung
- Umsetzung unserer Firmen Corporate Identity am POS und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse
- Verantwortung der Personaleinsatzplanung
- Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Projektaufgaben
- Administrative Tätigkeiten

**Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel
- Erfahrung als Store Manager Assistant
- Freude und Leidenschaft im Verkauf
- Begeisterung für Mode
- und Lifestyle Produkte
- Führungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität
- Gepflegtes, modisches und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten mit sehr guten Umgangsformen
- Sehr gute Französisch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse wünschenswert
