About the role

We are seeking a proactive and driven Founder's Associate / Working Student to join our team. This presents an exceptional opportunity to contribute to challenging projects with a significant impact. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our founders, senior management, and various teams. They will guide you in identifying project objectives while providing inspiration, mentorship, and professional development support.

Tasks
- Assist the senior management team in strategic analysis, such as evaluating competitors, technical features, and go-to-market approaches.
- Contribute to the development of management and investor reports.
- Support and enhance financial processes.
- Independently and proactively initiate and manage new strategic and operational projects.

**Requirements**:

- An impressive educational background.
- Proficiency in English and, ideally, German.
- Exceptional prioritization and time management skills.
- A proven track record of exceeding expectations, a hands-on approach, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced company is advantageous.
- Available 20 hours per week.
- An enrolled student for at least 10 more months.
- A hands-on individual who relishes problem-solving and witnessing the impact of their efforts.
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and personal growth with deskbird.
