**Your mission**:

- Onboarding of our new customers on Accounto
- Advising and supporting our customers in the reorganisation and design of their processes
- Obtaining and evaluating customer feedback regarding the further development of the product
- Handling incoming and outgoing customer communication
- Identifying unmet customer needs and developing new solutions

**Your profile**:

- Experience in accounting (at least 2 years)
- Sense of responsibility and a very quick grasp of things
- Strong customer orientation, recognisable by your empathy, which is a symbol of how important the concerns of our customers are to us
- Ability to communicate complex problems and issues in a simple and understandable way
- Familiarity with CRM solutions such as HubSpot or Salesforce is an advantage
- Fluent in French and good English or German
