As part of our bold move to strengthen our local presence in Western Switzerland, you will be part of our Geneva cross-industry team (with focus Consumer Goods & Retail, Energy & Utilities, Public sector) to become the trusted advisor of their major transformations towards sustainability.

Tasks

Business Development
- Define the go-to-market strategy for our Sustainability offerings
- Participate in the development of the Sustainability activity: pre-sales, POC, commercial proposals, software vendor partnerships, trade shows & webinars;
- Organize the regulation watch in CH and EU
- Implement a functional and technological watch of the Sustainability solutions available on the market

Project delivery
- Participate in assessment projects for (y)our clients
- Support (y)our clients in the choice of sustainability reporting solutions
- Motivate and steer project team

Practice development
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Maintain and develop your existing client portfolio with all the assets BearingPoint can provide
- Support the development of new clients starting with Sustainability projects

HR & people management
- Manage and coach team members
- Recruitment
- Align people to objectives and set priorities and direction

**Requirements**:

- Successful completion of a master's degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
- Several years of experience in a consulting firm is a prerequisite with focus on Consumer Goods & Retail, Energy & Utilities or Public clients
- Experienced in leading major Sustainability projects (strategy, assessment, execution, solution implementation)
- Work experience and client relationships/portfolio in Western Switzerland
- Excellent analytical capabilities with a pragmatic and strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Native or fluent in French, business fluent in English, German a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment with a multi-context approach
- Enthusiastic and proactive personality
