**The Role**

We are looking for a Community Manager to help us launch, establish, and grow our business. You will assist the Managing Partner design a social media and community eco-system that enables us to thrive and grow over the long-term.

**Responsibilities and Skills**:

- Define and implement a social content plan that will build and manage a highly engaged community.
- Become the voice of our brand by creating quality content, participating in conversations, and addressing community questions and comments as needed.
- Responsible for ongoing content strategies and video/picture assets
- Use analytics to gain insight for the purpose of optimizing content and identifying new opportunities.
- Enforce defined policy/standards and best-practices.
- Provide on-going reporting to identify issues, opportunities, and performance relative to defined KPIs.

**Qualifications**
- Native level English speaker
- Fluency in social media platforms; Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube at a minimum.
- Thorough knowledge/ understanding of how to use analytics for each platform or through Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills - empathic, ability to speak and write clearly, concisely, with strong attention to detail and tone for every situation.
- Take initiative attitude - results focused, proactive, creative thinker and dynamic team player
- Dedication to - and enthusiasm for - maintaining social relevance and authenticity.
- Passionate about social causes, arts & culture and the opportunity to do good.

Compensation will be in-line with a start-up operation - with an open growth trajectory based on performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, 80-100%, 60-80%, 40-60%, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From CHF40,000.00 per year
