**Your new responsibilities**:
- **Learning Management System Administration**: Set up and manage training courses in the Learning Management System _My Learning_ based on _Saba_, ensuring data accuracy and smooth learner experience
- **Project Management**: Independently lead and execute small to medium-sized training-related projects, from planning to implementation and follow-up
- **Operational Coordination**: Act as a central point of contact for training logistics, scheduling, and communication between stakeholders
- **Apprentice Supervision**: Provide guidance and support to an assigned apprentice, fostering their development and integration into the team
- **International Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues across different countries and cultures
- **Community Building**: Support the Academy by building a global Training Community and shape the reputation and future set-up of Training
**Your skills and experience**:
- Solid knowledge of Learning Management Systems would be beneficial, ideally _My Learning_ (Saba)
- Proven experience in coordinating training programs and managing learning projects
- Strong organizational talent, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in mentoring or supervising learners or apprentices
- Open minded and creative to support and start new initiatives
- Willing to represent the Academy, next to the Academy Head
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- Fluent in English and German; other European languages are advantageous
