**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
As a Human Resources Manager at Kainjoo Consulting Group, you will manage all aspects of HR operations. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives. You will also oversee new employees’ recruitment, selection, and onboarding process, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent. In addition, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. You will work closely with managers and employees to ensure that all HR policies and procedures are followed and that the company complies with all federal, state, and local regulations related to HR.

Another critical role responsibility is managing benefits administration, including negotiating with vendors and communicating benefit information to employees. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing employee training and development programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles. Finally, you will manage the HR budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

**Qualifications**:
To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management. You should have a strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to HR, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs, as well as strong leadership and people management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software is essential, and an HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
