Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading global FMCG company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative (F/M). You will be working for the Supply Chain department with the aim to provide excellent service.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage large amounts of client orders and complete the database ;
Generate sales leads ;
Follow the weekly communication procedures, guidelines and policies ;
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers ;
Meet and back-up Logistic, Accounting, Quality team to see if theres is any issue ;
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction ;
Analyze the database for incoming and outgoing orders, the volumes and the prices ;
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits ;
Monitoring and analysis of daily order forecasts.
**Profile**:
You have University background in Logistics/Supply chain or other similar education ;
You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Junior sales ;
You have good communication skills and you are flexible worker ;
You are a proactive person and you enjoy solving problems in an international environment ;
You are trilingual in French, German and English.
